AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. uses your contacts information in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts register with AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. and display them on your timeline for quick chats. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts information.

Log Data

Our servers automatically record information that our app sends whenever you visit it. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally, except in case of violation of the "Terms of Service”.

Usage Data

Like many apps, we also collect additional app usage data to improve the app and our service. We do not use this data to collect personally identifiable information. AKAR HR Management Pvt. User will not use our Platform to violate or infringe upon our or any third-party’s intellectual property rights. Such content is against AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. Policy and may be removed from the Platform.
By sharing/posting/uploading content using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, use, distribute, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). User may delete its content at any point. User remains solely responsible for the content posted on our Platform. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content shared or posted on or through our Platform, and for the consequence of such sharing or posting. The presence of our logo or any trademark on any content shared by user does not mean that we have endorsed or sponsored user’s content.
User will always have ownership and responsibilities for the uploaded content. We will never claim that we have intellectual property rights over your content, but will have a free of cost, permanent license to use what you share and post on our Platform.

Content Copyright Complaint

If you find any content with your copyright was posted on AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. app, you can claim AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. team by email us at: support@akarcsmc.com We’ll verify content and take strict action if found any copyright Infringement, and we have rights to delete it without any prior notice.

Content Removal and Termination

Usage of our Platform is governed by the AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. Policy. If any of our users report your content to be against the AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. Policy, we may remove such content from our Platform. In the event that multiple reports are made regarding violation of the AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. Policy, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us. If you wish to appeal any such removal, you may write to us at support@AKARcsms.com We may remove any content that is share on our Platform if any content which is obscene, pornographic, harmful for minors, discriminatory, spreading hate speech, inciting any form of violence or hatred against any persons, or of seditious in nature, or violates any laws of the Republic of India, or is barred from being shared by any laws of the Republic of India. Account Suspension or Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated for multiple copyright violations or other violations of the Terms of Services.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyright-protected work was posted on AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd. app, or otherwise hosted by AKAR HR Management Pvt. Ltd., without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. The notification must include the following:
